1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or placing a cab booking with Hari Taxi Service via phone call, WhatsApp, or online reservation forms, you confirm that you accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Bookings & Fare Structure
Hari Taxi Service provides local city rides, outstation trips, airport transfers, and hourly cab rentals. Our fare policies are structured as follows:
- Upfront Quotes: All fares agreed upon prior to journey commencement remain fixed, excluding additional tolls or parking unless pre-included.
- Toll & State Taxes: Interstate border entry taxes, highway toll fees, and airport parking fees are payable by the customer as actuals unless specified in the estimate.
- Night Charges: Night allowances may apply for driver services rendered between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM for outstation trips.
3. Cancellations & Refund Policy
We understand plans can change. Cancellations are processed under the following guidelines:
- Free Cancellation: Free cancellation is available if notified at least 2 hours prior to scheduled pickup for local rides, and 6 hours prior for outstation trips.
- Advance Payments: Advance booking deposits are fully refundable if cancelled within the free cancellation window.
- Late Cancellation / No Show: Cancellations made after driver dispatch or customer no-shows may incur a minimal cancellation fee.
4. Passenger Rules & Conduct
Passengers are required to provide accurate pickup location details and adhere to safe travel standards during the ride:
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or possession of hazardous materials inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- Luggage limits must conform to vehicle capacity (Sedan, Hatchback, SUV) agreed at the time of booking.
5. Vehicle & Driver Standards
We are committed to safety and passenger comfort:
- All cabs deployed are clean, commercially licensed, insured, and undergo routine safety checks.
- Our drivers are background-verified, experienced in hill routes (Himachal), and adhere to commercial driving regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% punctuality, Hari Taxi Service is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, landslides, road closures, heavy traffic jams, or unforeseen vehicle mechanical failures beyond reasonable control. In such events, prompt alternative arrangements will be offered where feasible.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Himachal Pradesh.
